*Terminal type must be set to "Ecommerce" or "Ecommerce (CVV2)"
It must be set to Active or Demo status
**To process live transactions, the "Process payments in Test Mode" box must be unchecked
If your terminal is not correctly set please contact E-xact or Chase Paymentech support.
*To view the terminal type setting:
- Log in to RPM as a Merchant Administrator
- Go to Administration and select Terminals
- Select the terminal in question
**The "Process payments in Test Mode" box is found on the General tab of the Payment Page configuration in RPM.
