Troubleshooting: Transaction display does not match bank report

The E-xact RPM website shows the transaction as approved but the bank says it was declined, or vice versa. Verify that the transaction record in E-xact’s RPM displays as indicated by the merchant. If a conflict is verified there can be several reasons for this:
  1. There is a display problem in RPM
  2. There was a transmission error (such as a reversal) that has resulted in an inconsistent display of the results.
