HOWTO: Find a specific batch file in MBatch

Specific batch files can be searched for in a number of ways within the Batches section of RPM:
  • Enter the file name (if known) in the "(Batch Name)" text box and click the "Filter Batches" button, the file(s) will display in a list below
  • If the batch file was edited on the current day, try clicking the "Updated Today" link on the left hand side of the page
  • If the batch file was created on the current day, try the "Added Today" link on the left hand side of the page
  • If the batch is set to process on the current day and has been picked up it will be listed on the "Queued" screen. Click this link on the left hand side to view these batches
  • Batch files previously processed can be seen by clicking the "Processed Batches" link at the bottom of the left hand side menu
Note that partial name searches are valid with the Filter Batch tool. For example, "Monday Weekly Batch" can be found using any of the sample search strings:
  • Monday Weekly
  • Week
  • Batch
  • Mon
  • day
  • ...etc.
