In the Batches section of RPM:
- Select the batch the transaction is contained in from the file listing. Alternatively, the transaction may be found by selecting one of the left hand menu links: 'All Transactions', 'Added Today', 'Updated Today', or 'Expiring' if it fits the category criteria.
- Mark the transaction by selecting its checkbox. If the transaction is not immediately visible from within the batch or category listing, it may be found with the Filter Transactions tool using either credit card number, cardholder name, or reference number as the search criteria.
- Hit the 'Delete link.
- A warning notice will pop up to confirm the deletion. Hit 'Yes'
